in Contractor Management

  1. Maintain an electronic register of all your suppliers that conduct medium to high level risk works on-site.
  2. Obtain evidence they have appropriate insurances for the work they are conducting (primarily public liability and workers compensation).
  3. Understand if and what high risk works (details) are being completed by these suppliers.
  4. Obtain evidence of documented safe systems of work for these high risk tasks.
