The "Visitor Sign In" tool is used to ensure contractors coming onsite to perform works are pre qualified and inducted before they commence works onsite.  In addition, it can also be used to confirm that contractors are vaccinated against COVID-19.

This module is available as part of the ContractorManage's all-in-one compliance management system.

Simple Process to Follow

• If the person is a visitor, they are signed in directly.
• If the person is a contractor, this system can identify whether the contractor has already completed the induction before they're signed in.
• ​If the contractor has not completed the induction, they are instantly emailed the link to complete the induction on their mobile device (phone or tablet) where the process can be completed.
